Subject : Copyrighted Claim By ATN TV News, Email Address: tvatnnews@gmail.com (Mysterious/ Unknown Reason, It Seems to Me)
Dear Concern Authority,
1. Assalamualaikum and best wishes. It is to inform you that I have received a notice from Facebook (attached with this mail) that I have used a tiny portion from one of your content to create one of my video that I uploaded in my Facebook Acct ID lutful_huda@yahoo.com. I have published the content for educational purpose as well as, with an honest intention to help our country as a whole which is a sacred responsibility of any citizen. The video was created to help everyone in broader perspective. I am certain and confidant that it has no way caused harmed to you or anyone neither it caused any embarrassment to you all. On the contrary, it was an embarrassment on my part which is less likely to be tolerable. I could not make myself clear and happy with the illegal (may be unintentional) claim you have made to Facebook. I was really searching for the cause of the astonishing attitude that was shown against me. In my daily readings, I came across this quote from Scott Hamilton - 'The Only Disability In Life is a Bad Attitude'.
2. I have put on lot of efforts with my this facebook ID. I have created approx 1000 (One Thousand) educative, motivational, business related and family friendly entertainment videos creating 10 (Ten) Facebook Pages and 3 (three) Group Pages with the following positive intention as a hobby and i love to do that to help the world community:
a. I love making creative, interesting and learning videos. My channel/ facebook pages/ blogs stands out in terms of quality programming, makes an entertaining and profoundly moving case for creating an educational system. I continually search for light. I like to feel that my creation is a light that shines, illuminating the way; clarifying intricate issues, inspiring and motivating the hearts and minds of all human being. By watching my contents/ videos, all can learn the appropriate solution of integral life problems and family friendly entertainment.
b. I also like to put my active effort to give a deep insight and detail and critical analysis on the world famous speeches and interesting books of the world to enhance the knowledge as well as wisdom of every human being possible. Let us all work together to teach each other so that we can fulfill our earnest desire to leave a better a planet for future generations.
LET US KINDLY PUT A FULLSTOP HERE AS I CONSIDER IT TO BE UNINTENTIONAL AND MISUNDERSTANDING. PL DO THE NEEDFUL SO THAT I AM ABLE TO WORK ON MY FACEBOOK FOR LETTING ME TO PUT MORE EFFORT TO HELP ALL HUMAN BEING OF THE WORLD COMMUNITY. I AM EAGERLY WAITING FOR A SPEEDY SOLUTION PL.

1. Best Wishes. I would like to urge upon FB authority to assert its support for a true definition of net neutrality in which all applications and services are treated equally and without discrimination. You may not be able to adjudicate disputes between third parties. So I like to say that you are also not able and judicial in using your proper judgement to decide the appropriate action against anyone as you do not know as to who is the defaulter.
2. I like to humbly request you to put in some more effort to find out whether the claim is justified or not. If you can not justify then you must not take any action against anyone as you are unable to judge. That will definitely be an injustice for sure.
